Returns & Refunds Policy

At Avella Cases, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Each product is made to order, and we take great care in ensuring quality and accuracy.

However, in the rare event that your phone case arrives damaged or contains a clear manufacturing defect, we are happy to offer a replacement or a full refund. To be eligible, you must report the issue within 7 days of the delivery date by submitting a request through our “Contact Us” form. Please include a clear photo that shows the damage or error so our team can properly assess the situation.

Please note:
Returns are not required for damaged or defective products.
Refunds or exchanges will only be issued for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
– Because our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as customer error, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the style or fit, unless the product is faulty.
